Still an independent family business, DG Phillips has been at the forefront of house building in Chichester and the local area since 1960.  We have built a reputation over this time of building homes that people want to live in.  We want to ensure that no two developments are alike and take great pride in producing house that fuse together both modern living and traditional looks.

Born in Chidham, Dennis Phillips learnt his trade as a carpenter and within a few years saw the opportunity to found his own building company.  In 1960, DG Phillips (Bosham) was formed.  Over the last 60 years the company has continued to thrive and has built a reputation for itself for providing high quality homes in sought after areas in Chichester and the surrounding towns & villages.
